I wouldn't call that a challenge; I'd call it an impossibility.

Well, if AT lock-down the eastern stalemate-line, I see
no reason to sacrifice myself just so the Turk can have
the 3-way he was hoping for.

Certainly with a measure of cooperation I could be
eliminated even if I held Berlin, but it would require
cooperation from A and/or T, and it's not clear that
cooperation would be forthcoming.

I was explaining why I wanted to take Berlin. (*I was
explaining badly, I admit, but still, I was explaining my
reasoning.*) You should be able to understand that if
you give me Berlin, I'll continue to support your Solo
bid, but that if a French Solo becomes impossible due
to AT achieving a major stalemate line, I'd prefer AFRT
over FAT.
