So is France really going to let russia live? that looks odd.
To me he has to have given up hope for the solo; we've locked up our
position. He knows exactly where the line is and knows that we have
the minimum defense almost. And it has been a good 2 yrs (or seems
like it) since he has given up trying to get me to attack Austria.
And on Friday, I dug through some old press from him, pointing out
some good contradictory statements from him..and he didn't even
bother to respond.
so he must know 100% that IAT aren't going to attack each other, and
that he would have to move way way back (that would take 1-1.5 yrs)
before there could be any monkeybusiness.
And he has never played for anything other than a solo in my
opinion. While often it has been a quiet attempt at a solo, he never
really even tried for a 2WD, and now it looks like he isn't even
bothering with a 3 or 4 WD. Does he think he'll'punish' someone for
him not soloing?
and despite what he says, he holds all the chips because if either 3
of us do anything it results in a French solo. Russia is
neutralized. So France really is the only one that can dictate what
is going to happen.
What do you think he is thinking? What is his next play? or is he
done? (he can't be done - I couldn't imagine someone coming that
close to soloing..but not, just giving up like that. opinions?

He sent me some apologetic email for being slow to respond and I didnt
respond to it.

I agree with you. I think he wants the 4 way, but I dont think he can get
to it. He will get a build for MAR and BER, 2 more fleets should be enough
to start whitling down the Russian, and when he gets a 3rd dot, he will
have what he needs.

I think we go through the grind of him eliminating the Russian while we
watch.....
And the Russian is going to ask us to help him and we need to watch him
swing in the breeze because I believe he wants the French to solo.
