I am not going to respond to france...
Like Austria said, this is just a game France is playing...
If he wanted me to take tunis, then he could remove himself back to
his minimal stalemate line. he has to be high to think that I am
going to attack tunis with him in the neighborhood. (Italy, sorry to
speak frankly about your survival, but we all know what the score
is. you know that France can engineer it so that I would be a fool
to not take Tunis. But we also know that France seems very unlikely
to remove himself that far back.
Also, this is obviously a bluff, because he'd have to wait until
spring to declare a draw without italy in it?
Lastly, I'm not going to take STP, he is going to have to do it.
1. I can't hold it.
2. There is still a bone of contention, where he has painted me as
the one that first wanted russia dead. i went back and looked through
old press,and clearly found and proved where it was him.
3. So, I want the post-game replay to show that he completely fooled
Russia on this issue (to make Russia look bad)...and it is then in
my beest interest that France finishes off Russia.
4. Only France can hold STP.

Well, I don't mind us speaking so frankly about my survival, but I do
disagree that you should take me out.
I mean, why make yourself France's lapdog? The entire game you've been
complaining about how you hate France and how he's annoying - why would
you do the one thing that he wants to do that he can't do himself? You'd
be giving him just what he wants. If you want to punish him for his play
in this game, because you feel he has played wrong or poorly, then the
only thing that you can do is NOT eliminate me.

I have never been France's lapdog. I have never done what he
wanted--usually the opposite. I have asked for him to do things etc,
then not done what he wanted.
I would never consider attacking you unless he pulled himself all the
way back to his minimal stalemate line. As we know that is unlikely.
And even then I wouldn't do it unless it was the right thing for me
and as you point out there are strong arguments that it wouldn't be
the right thing for me to do. I'm sure you would do the same (you
have in this game). But what I won't do is bs you--it's not my style.
There is still a lot of play left in the game. France would pull
back and give Austria centers with which Austria could then attack
me, etc.
But like we've said many times over the past years...it is all up to
France. He can decide where the game goes, but we ahve our stalemate
line and on that side of the line, we call the shots. I consider that
all 3 of us have a strong alliance and we can confidentally wait and
see what France will do and act accordingly.

Just remember to ALWAYS have draw set.
That way, if Tamas is trying to jerk us around, and he sets draw just to
get something to send us, it will register and he will be foiled.

game. That wasnt the brightest thing....since if he backs off and you
try to eliminate the Italian. I will throw to the French. You get us both
.....as a pair.
So you might as well just tell Tamas that he should REALLY set draw. and
he gets us as a set.
We have all worked WAY too hard this game for it to come down to idiocy.

blah blah blah....
you arent throwing anything unless you have too. And last i checked
you don't have to.
I havne't had long conversations with the French, only one over the
last 3 yrs that went no where, all i did was state the obvious. so
let's not get too excited. It doesn't take a genius to figure out
that France is going to do what France is going to do. So if he
draws back, i would love for you to give him the solo---you'd look
awfully smart then, wouldn't you!

All I am saying is that we are all in this together, and if you dont think
I will throw the solo if you try to take the Italian out, then you are
being short-sighted, and playing into the hands of the French.
I cant stop you from doing ANYTHING. But I can make crystal clear what the
consequenses for those actions are.
