Gee, I wish you'd told me that you had changed your
mind before I disbanded A StP and tried Bal-Swe, now
I've got no way to prevent Mos-StP. It's really gonna
suck if I've convinced you to not kill me and then
Turkey does. 8-(

Why should I be the main executioner here?
Turning a 5-way into a 3-way does not excite me very much as I have told
you many times long time ago. I drew many plans for the two-way, some
of which were more than playable, I would say at least deserve a decent
reply.
Still, I am - as always - quite open to sort this out as quickly as we
can. So
let's simply decide who dies and who kills whom:

Yes, that is a tricky point. I have not changed my mind but indeed
your disbands and Bal-Swe were quite unfortunate. I am not sure
what to do, Nor-Stp or Nor Hold if I want to keep StP Russian for
a little more time. I am not a big fan of the present show but
apparently Italy is entertained by this. I do not expect it to last more
than a season though.

Now, of course, if Turkey buys into this, it means he won't
attack StP, so I guess I streched the truth a little when I

Russia's proposal seems sensible. Now we can either all set
draw or all accept his proposal (or propose something
else). This can be done in a few keystrokes. Then on to
