Message from Germany to Master
England too ordered a support to German unit, but, instead of moving
against France, he moved against Russia, not a good thing in medium term
point of view (I would want to take Scandinavia from Russia).
I order DEN-SWE in order to avoid both Russian moves there (STP S SWE-NWY
or SWE S STP-NWY).
Message from Turkey to Master
With A Gre S A Bul-Ser I would have a good chance to get
Ser but
- if Austria orders A Rum-Bul I don't get Bul and
- if Austria orders A Ser S A Rum-Bul and Italy F ION-Gre
I get neither Ser nor Bul.
So I will use safe orders
- A Gre-Ser: to cut a possible support - Russia will attack
Rum so Bul is secured.
- A Bul S A Gre-Ser: it's probably cut by A Rum-Bul but
worth a try.
- F AEG-ION: I don't want to play a guessing game where
F ION moves (AEG or EAS - Gre would also be possible
but I hope he doesn't). This way at least Tun-ION
bounces.
- A Smy-Syr: I want to build in Smy and I need to cover
Syr in the next spring if I must dislodge Italy from
EAS.
The worst case would be:
Italy: F ION-Gre
Austia: A Ser S F ION-Gre, A Rum-Bul, F Tri-Alb
but as it's nopress I hope A Ser S F ION-Gre isn't
likely (even in this game ;-). I hope that Russia
orders A Ukr-Rum (instead of F Sev-Bum) because
- an army is more useful against Austria
- and with a fleet in Sev he cannot build in Sev.
To the west:
France: Good moves in the spring. Looks like he
prefers position over centers (he was willing to
loose Bel to keep Bur). If E doens't support G
to Bel (which is unlikely because E won't support
G to Swe and Bel and if E moves to Swe he needs
NWG and NTH to keep Nor) then F now can hold Bel.
I still think France wants to attack England but
Germany stops him at the moment.
England and Germany: Do they manage to coordinate
their moves to get Swe?
