Message from Germany to Master
I'd order a support to an English unit (DEN S NWY-SWE)
in order to declare my friendship with England.
In the meantime I try to move against BEL and BUR in order to be clearer.
Message from Turkey to Master
No risk no fun. I convoy Smy to Gre and move Gre to Alb.
This way I get a really good position to attack Ser in
the fall. But there is the risk that Rum is dislodged in the
spring, retreats to BLA and moves to Ank in the fall
(which I cannot defend because Con and Smy are empty).
Russia might even promote this by attacking Gal with Sil, War
and Ukr. This way he can choose during the retreat whether he
wants to get Rum back in the fall or stab me.
But I think it's worth the risk because this only happens if
1. Austria doesn't order A Bud S A Gal (which would be
a good move because if he dislodges Rum in the spring he
cannot hold it in the fall).
2. Russia prefers to retreat to BLA. This would leave Sev
open and so he cannot get Rum back in the fall and
simultaneously move to Ank without loosing Sev.
Some notes to the west:
France: The German builds are a problem for France because
with only one fleet and all the russian armies there is only
one direction: west.
England: At the moment the second French fleet is probably
not a danger because it will move to Por (Spa must move to
Gas to cover Par if Germany moves to Bur in the spring).
Germany: It would be interesting to know why Germany built

a) He thought that the R A Sil is aimed at him.
b) He wants to get Bel next.
