Message from Germany to Master
It's time to try for BEL; I decide to try with the NTH fleet,
even if this would slow future progresses.
Message from Turkey to Master
Good turn for Russia: Germany stopped the attack on Russia and
Italy ordered A Sil-War which makes it easier to get Bud
(A Sil-Gal would cut a possible support).
Austria and Italy now cannot defend Bud, Tri and ION. So a
guessing game begins.
I think it's probable that Russia attack Bud again from Rum.
Then the best moves for Austria would be:
A Vie-Gal (cuts Gal S A Rum-Bud)
A Tri-Ser (cuts Ser S A Rum-Bud)
A Bud-Ser (cuts Ser S F Alb-Tri)
F ADR-Alb (cuts Alb S A Ser-Tri and Alb S AEG/EAS-ION)
Then only F Alb-ION would succeed and Gre could not move to Alb
because then ION could retreat to Gre if it doesn't bounce.
Also I can hope that Austria thinks that I'm eager to get another
center and so he defends Tri with ADR - again I could get into ION.
Looks like I should order F Alb-ION. The alternative would be a
random decision (throwing a coin) which would give me a real 50/50
chance because Austria cannot outguess a coin.
Let's try this turn to outguess Austria and next turn I begin
with the random method. So my moves are
A Bul S A Ser
A Ser S A Rum-Bud (keep Russia happy and maybe it even succeeds)
A Gre S A Ser
F Alb-ION
F AEG S F Alb-ION
F EAS S F Alb-ION
Note: If Russia gets Bud I'm again in the trouble of a possible
Russian stab. I can only hope he honors that I supported him
and that he needs the unit in the north because Germany is still
a threat.
To the west:
I'm keen to see whether Germany helps England (F NTH S F Lon)
or tries to get Bel. I think F NTH S F Lon is better because
then France doesn't get a build (an attack on Bel is not
guaranteed to succeed). I hope Germany covers Ber. It would
be bad for him and me if Italy steals it.
P.S.: Perhaps not even one unit moves on the whole board this turn :-).
