I have to try to reduce my losses the better I can. I focalize on
North Sea, giving up STP and EDI. Possibly I can lose also BEL, but
no more losses to the end of the game, if I want to be part of a n-way draw.
Message from Turkey to Master
As there was no chance to get Rum into Bud in the last fall
Russia might understand that I didn't support him.
I want to create a little chaos in the Balkans: I hope Rum again
moves to Bud and so I will support Rum from Ser and Tri. An
Austrian army in Gal in the fall would be great. Also I show
Russia this way that I continue the alliance.
To make some progress against Italy and get the new army to the
front I will convoy the Con to Apu.
The only difficult unit is Ven: Support Con-Apu or Support Tri?
- Italy may assume that I move a unit (Ven, ION or Con) to Apu
and wants to bounce me with F Nap-Apu.
- Austria may try to attack Tri.
I will support the convoy as it would be fatal if it bounces. Tri
on the other side I can get back in the fall if it is dislodged.

P.S.: I assume that Russia starts to ally with Austria this turn.
But there's a chance that Russia doesn't. As it doesn't make a
