Message from Austria to Master
I feel a little sorry for Italy. He outguessed me by moving out of Tys. If
that moved would have succeeded, he would still be at two centers. Strange
move by France to hold in the spring, and then move into Naf/Wes in the
fall.
In the spring, I will make sure of Rome. I will also make sure Italy cannot
retreat into Tys by bouncing myself there (since there is no risk of
unwanted support).
There is not complete stalemate line in the north yet. I am going to try to
dislodge Gal by moving Vie-Gal with double support. That might give me a
50/50 chance of taking War in the fall. We'll see.
Message from France to Master
This is mad. What's going on? EFG have a simple stalemate line, and yet I
have gone galivanting into the Med, and Germany is piling into Austria. What is
the point? All it does is make the defending pact more unstable. If we hold
exactly 17 units, then we all know exactly what we need to do, and there is no
room for hanky panky.
I'm really going to have to watch England. but I'll stick another fleet
ENG-MAO and hope for the best.
It's looking difficult to get Tunis after Italy bounced me out of WES.

Well, it makes sense that England did a CYA. Alas, I forgot he would do
that and it has left me tremendously exposed. Denmark is England's if he
wants it.
Kinda moved in a great blocking formation, but not really in any way I can
take a centre off Austria. He'll cover Vie, so that's out. Probably even
bop me out of Gal.
Oh well, we'll do our best right?

bounce someone. Otherwise, I expect to lose the centre this phase.
