Leaving no fleet behind to protect Brest???? Could you have just given
the game to Ivy?
Let's see he'll keep STP, there's one build.
He can walk into Brest, that's two builds. You'll have to disband one,
and you'll still have no protection when he convoys into Picardy with
the army that he'll build. He'll take you apart so fast it'll make
your head spin.

My sincere congradulations. What you couldn't do with force, you've
managed to guile France into doing.
You'll build from STP. That's one.
You walk into Brest. That's two builds.
Convoy an army to Picardy, and France falls.
Of course, he'll turn to fight you, but it'll be too late. Just the
presence of all his fleets in the Med will make Italy disengage his
fleets from Turkey. Italy won't be advancing any time soon.
Nor will France be able to break past Italy's defences.

I think your plans for a build are going down the tubes. Basically
along with my plans to survive.
Good luck with Ivy, he's crossed me for the last time. I gave him STP,
but he wasn't supposed to take HOL also. Course I was trying to double
cross him also. ;-)
Let's see. If I were Ivy. I'd:
STP holds - one build
Hol supports NTH - BEL - two builds
Eng - BRE - three builds
If he gets into BEL - four builds. Plus France loses one.
Of course that's assuming that you stay out of NWY. Which is easy to do
by saying that England will support SWE to DEN.
It also assumes that France won't sit and support BEL. Which
diplomatically can be achieved.
I suppose that England could NOT stab, and he'd still build two. And his
next build will come from where? KIE? Russia or France are much easier
targets. And he's going to have to fight them sometime. Why not keep
Russia down, and put France down now. It's not like Germany is going to
help either of them. What has either of them ever done for Germany?

Ok, it's obvious that I can't count.
STP - one
HOL - two
Brest - three
I'd almost say BEL also. But I'd expect a bounce of NTH and STP - NWY,
just to keep Russia honest, or keep me out of NTH. On the other hand
you will have to disband, if Ivy takes BEL.
Put yourself in England's shoes. Let's see if he stabs France, he'll
build three with one in reserve, France loses one, Germany loses two.
Whew. Russia could lose one, as I'm poised to take WAR (maybe I'll only
lose one). If I were him I'd already have my orders in.
On the other hand, if England doesn't stab, he'll build two. But where
will his next build come from? KIE? Seems to me that France and Russia
are in his way, not Germany. Ok Germany a bit, but if I want to survive
longer it's my fleets that'll go away.
Are you sure that you don't want to support me back into HOL?
