I think it would be wise at this juncture to make it clear once more to
Russia that you have no intention of eliminating Andy. Things are,
frankly, stalemated, so we might as well draw and get it over with. I
can't attack you, you can't attack me, I can't attack Andy, and you won't
attack Andy -- game over.

He knows. There's no reason to fight with him about it, as far as I can
tell. Though I am curious to observe how far he will pull back. He is
pretty much at his minimum stalemate line in the north.
