Germany: Fleet Denmark can retreat to Helgoland Bight
France: Army Ruhr can retreat to Belgium
Message from Austria to France
Please tell me that you can move against Andy now (Mar-Gol & Mao-Wes)
Message from England to France
Erik -
Interesting phase in the lowlands. I want to start discussing that with
Russia, after the German retreat. I am thinking, HOL s DEN - KIE, if you
don't mind; there's a chance you would end up keeping HOL and BEL too. As
usual I am writing down the first thing that crosses my mind & I would
certainly be glad to hear your improvements.
For now, could I ask, what are your plans with F MAO? I am guessing you are
thinking about Andy, who it seems will get the lion's share of the Austrian
dots, and remains close to Iberia. . .
I am worried that Andy will grow quickly now, and I think it is safe to say
he will not need any more units then the ones he has to go east. Have you
considered proposing a bounce in WES, if you are worried about him
attacking?

RUH - dislodged, do you wish to surrender now?
I bet the Russian will push you to cut MUN & KIE. He will push for Berlin
and push GAL to SIL.
He must just be a little worried about England right now. So, is it time for
the push to IRI and SPA and a build in BRe? I wouldnt believe Russia if he
offers to support you into MUN or KIE especially if that is combined with a
request to move to IRI this fall. This would definitely mean that he wants
to take BER and for you to take the English pressure off him. Good luck.
Message from Turkey to France
Good to hear from you.
I have spoken with Andy, but he's more concerned about his own
expansion. Russia is trying to be friendly with me and promise RT, but
I'm trying to not be the junior partner in that.
I'm planning on maintaining Bla as a hedge against his turning south,
while not letting Andy get too strong in the Med. I'll certainly try to
push him toward Germany, while encouraging Ben to work on him up north.

Guys, I'll be offline Wednesday to Sunday for Thanksgiving. I'll make
sure to reply to everyone then.

Message from France to England
Frankly, I didn't expect to take Holland and get kicked out of Ruhr. Not in
the plans, as far as I saw them. Still, it is an interesting position, and
if I can hold them both, then it isn't a bad outcome. I'm willing to
consider Hol S Den - Kiel, and it's encouraging to see that Russia moved
War - Sil. Could you perhaps order Nth - Hel to cut some support? If Kiel
is dislodged and Hel is bumped, we could end up cutting Germany down to
three centers. Heck, with Russia in Sil and Bal, maybe even two.
Mao is indeed there to deal with Andy. A bounce in Wes is not a bad idea --
perhaps I will propose it. He's definitely on a tear now, with Serbia
bumping him up to six. I have maybe a turn left before I really have to
consider dealing with him.

Message from France to Russia
Hmmm. Your analysis about England's unseen advantage was right on. You
definitely need to move back to Sweden, though you could lose one of your
two Scandanavian holdings this year. It's also possible that Ben is savier
than we thought and has something cooking with Germany to move Den - Swe,
though I think that's generally unlikely.
Is there any way we can prevent England from holding Denmark this year? If
we can guarantee no English build, I can move Mao - Iri and grab Liverpool
in the spring. Maybe it's time for you to speak with Germany. He can't
hold everything this season, not with three potential attackers coming at
him.

Surrender? When I'm one of three people in a position to grab and/or hold
your territory after this turn? Funny. I am concerned about Russia and
England, though, so I am, as always willing to talk. Iri is a great move,
particularly if I can be sure that the English won't get a build this
turn. Perhaps he would be willing to consider supporting you back into
Denmark just for the sake of denying the English build. He is worried
about them in Scandanvia, I believe.
