I've ordered retreat to Bohemia and Budapest. From there we should have
plenty of opportunity to support each other into Vienna and Trieste. I'd
also be able to support Munich if need be. I'm willing to alter the
retreats if you have another idea.
The fleet is disbanding unless you prefer I retreat it somewhere.

I've changed the fleet retreat to bul/ec where it can support RUM if called
for since you don't have enough units to adequately take the 4 southeast
centers.
