I don't think even if he got it, it would help him.
Nothing I can do about France right now; I had hoped for a Russian disband &
pressed pretty hard for it. Oh well. Next year I should have a build & the
timing will I hope be good enough.

My schedule at work is now, 9 pm to 9 am, two days on, three days off.
I have been at work for 11 hours now.
I am ready to die. But your kind words give me the strength I will need, to
get home & collapse 60 minutes from now.

Not a firefighter at the station, or shift work at the local steel mill. I'm a prosecutor.
In Baltimore my office does charging 24 hours a day, and I'm on six months of night duty at the jail. I volunteered - no regrets - except right now, at 8 a.m. after a night of work.
I'll get plenty of time to myself, and occasional change is a good thing.

probably without success, and could easily support Hol, if you'd like.
I've been trying to get some support from Austria and/or Turkey, or even
to get them stop feuding, but I fear they may be Russian toast.

RUH, so you could apply some pressure to MUN.

I did not lightly send my moves to Andy.
I thought it was safe, with the hope - correctly - that I will attack
France next year if all goes well. Also I am comfortable advancing the
advisee-advisor relationship, which is partly comfortable because it's
true, and also partly it's a convenient fit for keeping communications
