Turkey: Army Serbia can retreat to Greece
Message from Germany to England and France
>I will be pushing north as promised.>
Hehehehehe. Anyway good luck guys. Russia knew my exact moves so no surprises there.
Thanks for the game
Message from Germany to all
About time :-) Have a good game guys see you in the EOG's
Message from England to France and Italy
Gentlemen -
I hope you will both agree that, by taking the northerly road passing
through BER, I am advancing several causes at once, and I continue on board
with our group plan of restriction of Russian growth, by which I mean,
taking Russian centers. Andy, your dream of German elimination finally came
true.
I will be building an army (at last).

As late as 2 hours before the deadline I had Germany-friendly orders in.
But I was finally persuaded Russia's offer of support was genuine, and your
broadcast made me too nervous to count on you making *England*-friendly
orders.
Neither here nor there. I have learned a lot from playing with you. Now I
will go back to watching you in Lorax. . .

Beware or wolves in sheeps clothing ;-)
If only you had communicated the German friendly moves to me. Russia's moves were no doubt inspired by the fact that I told him my exact moves before the deadline. I gave up waiting for a clear concice commitment from you. The fact that you didnt commit German friendly moves (via communication) led me to role the dice. It was bed time. France also failed to commnicate any commitment. In hindsight I should have supported BEL - HOL :-)
I will save comments for the EOG but my money is on Russia soloing. Good luck I will continue to follow the game and give advice here and there. Everybody has the right to my opinion. This has been my worst game ever for a long time so please dont learn anything from me. My EOG will explain why.
>Now I will go back to watching you in Lorax. . .>
Yes, one of my more usual type games. A come back from 3 sc's to a possible solo position. Knowing me and my big heart and the game developments I will stop at 17 and offer a 3 way ;-)
BTW comment3 has just finished on UVSG. A comment/spectator game like this one only no-press gunboat.
Interesting to read through the comments and study the moves. Once again more enlightning for you than my play in this game.

I was alittle worried about that, but I thought it was unlikely.

:-) Why don't you quit the game so you can join the discussion group - as I
recall that was customary in Comments. Your call.

We will save my humiliation for the eog's, then.

Andy -
It is my intention to convoy to DEN and to claim the northern centers.
I hope you will agree, this was a good course for the defense from Russia,
by eliminating one of the wild cards.

I know my moves were not a capture of DEN but I was worried about gaining
DEN and losing KIE.
My thinking was, now I can build an army and (a) Tony is out of our hair and
(b) Russia's northern centers are considerably vulnerable - I should be able
to pick up about one a year, I hope. Starting with a convoy to DEN. . .

Yes....I just wish I could have gotten a build out of it.

And I wish I could have given you one.

If you do this in the spring, you risk losing BER.
SKA s LON - DEN
NTH c LON - DEN
KIE s LON - DEN assuming it doesnt get cut
NAO - NWG
If it doesnt, the orders are likely
Mun s SIL - BER
SIL - BER
BOH - SIL
If it does cut KIE
the likely orders are
BOH - SIL
SIL - PRU
You are going to have a tough time taking Scandanvia and not losing KIE
and BER

This had crossed my mind and I want to. I will check with the GM to make
sure.
Outside of diplomacy I can be trusted :-)
On the other hand maybe R or F would like advice from a dead man which they
can ofcourse ignore.
Soeone has to solo, no draws allowed without me. Maybe I should stay and
wheel and deal someone to a solo.
Message from Russia to England
Well, I'm sort of sorry to see him go. Added an element to the game I haven't
encountered before!
Again, I am forced to look at the move results and say "incontheivable". I
don't know if I could have come up with a better moveset than I did if I knew
everyone's moves in advance.
So what's your plan now? STL? Attack France with Italy? Both? I'm still open
to plans that give you more security if you want to cooperate -- in
particular Den for Ber might make a good swap for both of us. But I'm not
just open to one for one exchanges: I think you can fairly easily mount a
campaign against Scandinavia (that would probably cost you Ber and maybe
Kie), but we could also work that out in some more amicable fashion, that
leaves you more leeway to focus on holding Iberia.

Good God Tony is hard to kill. I thought it would be enough, to take his
dots. . .
He's *still* broadcasting my partial press.

I suppose. . . I don't really mind him being gone, myself. . .

I'll turn it over in my mind. I'm building an army, of course.
I will probably want to lay claim to DEN or something in the near future.
We can work it out as the deadline gets closer.
