Message from England to Master
Germany played cleverly again keeping everything protected. France failed
to vacate bur which can't make him too happy, but there is not much he can
do about it. Italy looks to be biting on granite and about to lose the
Ionian to boot. He may have troubles looming. France will continue to
grow unopposed as Germany and Italy are both preoccupied (partially my
fault in Germany's case).
This is a turn of "most likely" moves. If everyone makes the most likely
moves, I should be OK for the moment. If anyone crosses me up.... well,
my position wasn't great shakes to begin with. Most likely, Russia will
defend stp and Germany will defend Denmark and France will take a free shot
at edi. If anyone crosses me up, I'm probably dead sooner rather than
later. The worst would be if France plays wal-lon supported by yor and
eng-nth. He may do that knowing it is my most likely move is to defend edi.

Wow - England has chosen to seek refuge into Scandinavia. I would imagine
that Germany is hoppin' mad right about now.
On some levels, England's decision makes sense. Turning to fight me would
also lead to his elimination. This way he does have some chance to live
as a sort of advance guard to me, holing up in Scandinavia. Still, the
other side would say that if England is going down anyways, might as well
screw over the person who harmed him most (i.e. me).
In any case, I Ill let him continue to keep G/R weak in Scandinavia, but I
will be taking London.
I am also sending Mao-Wes to help stop Italy from being overrun. My goal
is just to take and secure Tunis, since that's the center that I need
that's across the major stalemate line.

I seem once again to have demonstrated that a conservative approach is seldom optimal -- it leaves one playing catch-up. Since it looks like England intends to shift himself into Scandinavia, I really have to cover Den properly. Unfortunately this means allowing Russia into Sil, though.

I'll try to bring Russia against Turkey. I'm
pessimistic, though...

England is not only committing suicide, he's trying
to make it look like it doesn't affect Germany!?!
My guess is that he will try to keep three units
just long enough to try to get Stp for a nice corner
position: Nth-Edi, Nwy-Bar, Ska-Nwy supported
by Sweden.
Germany doesn't want my help, and doesn't seem
to need it following Italy's choice of target; but he's
probably gratefull to still be in Kie given what
happened with England.
Italy ... is having fun with his armies. Look forward
to reading his comments to figure out what he's
trying to achieve exactly.
Turkey & France have started rolling and we will
see what happen. Hopefully, now that Turkey is
in the driving seat, he will go for the juggernaut and
we can expect an FRT draw. If he doesn't, then
I can still hope to squeeze myself into the draw as
a very small power.
I will be positive and expect Turkey to order
Bla-Bul & Bul-Gre to cover himself while he sail
against Italy. For my part, I'm sending two armies
north to deal with England last wishes and will
defend the south with the remaining three. If I'm
wrong, I will react as I can; but I don't want to
send mix signal to Turkey. The juggernaut it is!
