Message from France to Master
Okay then. After much pondering over a several day period, I've come to
the conclusion that I have to order Nth S Den-Ska. If this succeeds, I
believe the northern line will collapse, if I can get enough force in the
north to take advantage of it. Just controlling Denmark is not enough, I
need to have Den and Ska. Though looking at things, if I control Den, he
can't hold Ska. Hmm... but trapping the Russian fleet in Stp(nc) is a
good thing as well. So I'm going to go for Ska.
The other thing to think about in the north is whether to try and follow
up with Kie/Hel-Den, or to order Hel S Kie to try and stop him from taking
Kiel. I think I'm going to go with Hel S Kie, on the grounds that I
don't expect the move to Ska to succeed (I'd guess Swe S Nwy-Ska, Bar S
Stp-Nwy).
I have to order Bur-Mun I think too. I don't have a problem with Italy
being in Munich, but I HAVE to have Munich's support cut, whether it's for
an attack on Kiel or Tyrolia, and I can't count on Italy to do that.
Again, because it's no press. I also decided I didn't mind if he took Bel
or Hol, as long as that army moved back into Ruhr next spring to plug the
gap.
South I'll try for Tyrolia again and the Ionian. The former may work but
will probably bounce, and the latter will almost certainly bounce.

not so bad news: R has screwed T by taking Vie.
what should i do with A Ruh? trying to take some
of the French sc's may be short-sighted and
counterproductive, now that FI are allies!

I thought about it and I have decided that I'm better off
supporting the move to Ska then an attack on Den; wich
also allow me to use a second support of Mun-Kie while
FI haven't had the chance to indicate how best to work
together.
As for the south, I will support Tri-Tyr from Vie as I
suspect that Turkey will go for Tri-Tyr, Ser-Tri supported
by Alb & Bul-Gre.
