Germany: Army Kiel can retreat to Berlin
Message from France to Master
Excellent...
Pretty much everything went according to my hopes this past turn. The
only negative would be Italy's not bouncing me in Mar again, which doesn't
let me build F Mar. Still, that shouldn't be too big of a deal - in
looking at things, I may need an extra unit in the north anyways...
The 2 big successes were:
1) Correctly guessing in Tunis. I now have Tunis guaranteed next spring.
F Wes S F Naf-Tun, F Tys-Ion. If Italy tries to save Tunis in the spring,
instead of supporting Tun-Tys, I will remain in Tys, which would be
better. If he does, then I will retreat to Lyo, and it will provide me
with a good defense (though not quite a stalemate line)
2) Correctly taking Kiel. I did correctly guess that Germany would play
conservatively. In his defense though, this time there was no defense
that would save all his centers (though I'm a bit surprised he didn't do
Bal S Kie, counting on F Swe to support Denmark).
Also, Russia continued to fight against I/T.
Next, I have to focus on Mun/Ber. Now that I have Tunis, those are the
only 2 centers that the east can hold via stalemate. Once I take them,
the rest will be mop up. Exact tactical plans will wait to see what
Germany removes (my guess would be F Bal)

Might as well retreat to Ber and keep options open.
