Russia: Fleet Denmark can retreat to Sweden
Italy: Army Munich can retreat to Ruhr
Message from France to Master
Yes! and No! I did guess right in the north, but Russia countered my
play by aggressive moves in Mun/Ber. I don't mind so much losing IA Mun,
since I couldn't count on it doing anything good, though I suppose a
neutral army is better than a hostile one. Ooh actually I just saw that
it can retreat to Ruhr. Good I hope it does, and then I hope that it
doesn't do something dumb like take Belgium.
I was right on Italy's insistence on Rom S Ven, though I guess it didn't
do any harm, since Ven's support (and Mun's) for any move on Tyl were cut.
I'll have to check in the morning to see if the moves in the north allow
any openings - since it looks like the middle of the board may have been
sealed off.
Message from Russia to Master
Well, if I had went with my first impulse, I would still own Den,
by supporting Bal-Den from Swe, but it was simply too risky.
Anyway, an italian army in Ruh can be fun to watch, especially
if it get behind France's line; and with Nwy-Ska, Stp-Nwy
supported by Bar & Bal-Den supported by Swe, my position
in the north is secure while I try moving through the middle of
Europe
