France: Builds 1 unit
Italy: Removes 1 unit
Russia: Removes 1 unit
Turkey: Builds 1 unit

An interesting set of turns, most importantly being Turkey's turning on
Italy. Not too surprising. I think Italy needed to be more aggressive
this past few turns, when he started getting whittled (from 7 to 5).
Sure, since he had unbuildable units, it made sense in some ways, but it's
a lot easier to take out a 5 center country than a 7 center one.
Hopefully I said something like this back a couple of turns ago so I don't
look like someone calling it all out in hindsight :-)
Conventional wisdom says Italy will work with me now to attack Turkey.
Though it's not beyond the realm of possibility that he still views me as
the power most responsible for attacking him (since I attacked him first).
Or, it's possible that he will continue to just hold and support. In any
case, due to no-press, I'm at a definite disadvantage since he and I can't
coordinate moves. Even now, I'd really like to be able to control A Mun,
but just have to guess at what it will order. It's the same disadvantage
that RTI had in trying to stop me, and we'll see if I can do as good a job
as they did.
I also have to guess what Italy will remove, since it affects what I want
to build. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess A Tyl, since it's his
only unit not in a supply center. Conveniently for me, that's the unit I
want him to drop, as my A Pie can move to Tyl (hopefully with the support
of A Mun and A Ven) in the spring. So I will build A Mar, to follow it
into Pie.
I expect F Smy and A Ukr for the other 2 adjustments.
Thinking a bit longer term, the cannibalization of RTI does not get me as
much as I was thinking it would. Even with all of Italy's (4) centers, it
only puts me at 16. RT can form a line against me, that controls the
remaining 18 centers with 17 units (the 8 Russian units from Sil up, Gal S
Boh, Vie, Bud S Tri, Gre S Alb, Eas H, Aeg H). Perhaps I should not be
focusing so much on stalemates, but that's just the way I think, and I
know that Turkey has shown himself to be a very capable stalemate
tactician in the earlier parts of the game.
In any case, it appears that the only possible weakness might be in the
middle of the board, if I can move to exploit it before some of the follow
up units get there to fully form the line. That fits in with my build of
A Mar, though as mentioned, it's going to be tough coordinating.

unfortunately T has decided to go against me. i guess
i have no much alternative other than removing A Tyr,
but that would leave me practically defenseless... my
only hope is to have F's support, apparently.

Seem Turkey doesn't want the ride to stop ;-) It's probably
going to simply turn this into a three way FRT, but France's
reaction is going to be fun to watch.
For my part, I'm removing Ukr as I finally expect Turkey to
build a fleet, in Smyrna that is. If I'm mistaken, then some
drastic change in position might be in order.

Well I opted to go for the take out of Italy. Russia was pushing for it. I
hope he removes UKR. He can do this without any impact on his position. He
surely knows that we are going for the 3 way. I will build a fleet.
